We are happy to offer Complimentary *Global Shipping for all orders $200 or more. Packages within the USA always ship free, fresh from our studio. 
Every product at May Lindstrom Skin is made to order. Each bottle is inspired, formulated, hand blended and personally filled from my private studio in micro batches for ultimate freshness and efficacy. Orders will generally ship from southern California within 2-4 business days, providing time for your products to be completed. Allow an additional 2-5 business days for normal freight time to your destination within the USA, and 6-10 business days for international parcels, barring any unforeseen customs delays out of our control. 
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please email orders@maylindstrom.com if your order has special shipping requirements. May Lindstrom Skin is not responsible for delays incurred due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes your country may require.

Due to the hand blended and very intimate nature of the line and the individual traits of each of our unique complexions, returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. I encourage you to contact me for product recommendations based upon your individual needs and to utilize the sampling programs offered by many of my retail partners in order to ensure you discover the treats you love. 
I will happily include samples of any product along with an order at your request. Please specify your desire in the Notes section at checkout and I will be delighted to send along extra goodies.

I will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately or refund your original purchase price. Please send a detailed note within seven days of delivery to me direct at may@maylindstrom.com and I will take care of you. No returns or refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery.
