If you desire a return, we'll make the process as easy as possible. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive simple step-by-step instructions and a shipping label if required via email.

Eligible items must have been purchased directly from maylindstrom.com within the last 180 days.

Please note that any items in orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received are not eligible for return or credit.

What items are non-refundable?

*Any items in orders not placed within the last 180 days

*Any orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received are not eligible for return or credit

*The Chocolate Box and our digital gift card are not eligible for return or credit

*We cannot process a return for products purchased through any retail partner or third party. Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are available only for purchases made through maylindstrom.com

Do you accept international returns?

Yes! We want you to be elated with your experience no matter where you call home. If you are an international client seeking a return, please email us directly at  for options. Please note that international shipping charges are not eligible for refund.


Need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet?

Our returns portal works only fulfilled orders. If your package hasn't left our studio yet and you need to cancel, please hop into our website live chat or email us right away at care@maylindstrom.com so we can best support.
